Originally from Manhattan, Kansas—affectionately known as “The Little Apple”—Tyler’s professional path reflects both refinement and intention. He began his career in cosmetology, where precision, client care, and attention to detail were paramount, before transitioning into the dental field and completing his formal education. After relocating to South Georgia, Tyler discovered real estate as the perfect convergence of his analytical expertise, business acumen, and genuine desire to serve others.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration, equipping him with a sophisticated financial and managerial foundation that enhances every aspect of his work in residential sales and property management.
Tyler founded Coastal Orders Real Estate & Property Management with a clear vision: to create a boutique, service-driven firm centered on families, integrity, and long-term stewardship. Inspired by his own experiences navigating relocation and home transitions, he designed the company to provide seamless, elevated guidance—particularly for families seeking stability, clarity, and confidence in one of life’s most important investments. As a proud military spouse, Tyler brings a unique and invaluable perspective to his work. He understands firsthand the urgency, emotional complexity, and logistical challenges that accompany military moves. Tyler has been married to his husband, Jeremy, since November 2018, and together they enjoy life in coastal Georgia with their two German Shepherds. They have embraced the region’s natural beauty, welcoming community, and abundant opportunities for growth—both personally and professionally.
